Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and Unworn: Tang Suits must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
- Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refund and Exchange Process
- Refund: Once we receive the returned Tang Suit and inspect its condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) after receiving and inspecting the returned Tang Suit. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Tang Suits: Tang Suits that have been customized or tailored to specific measurements are non-returnable.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
